The next day Melissa tendered our offer. With Melissa representing us, after some brief negotiations, we had an agreement. We were doing everything from out of state, so Melissa's help with inspections and access were vital. Our sons live in the area and represented us on site when absolutely needed. Melissa was always very quick to respond to our calls and handled the entire process very professionally. She has developed an excellent network of inspectors, contractors and financial people to recommend. Purchasing a property from far away can create some anxiety, but with Melissa's help and efforts the whole process went very smoothly. We closed escrow today and could not be happier.
