A lifelong passion for communication and education came together when Senneca Peters discovered her career in real estate. After growing up in South Florida and traveling the world, she moved to Colorado in 2010 with her family and hasn't looked back since. She believes in what she does and goes above and beyond to make it happen. Teamwork, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to her clients have paved the road for a successful career of buying and selling the perfect properties throughout Northern Colorado. Her experience ranges from multi-million dollar custom new construction to two-bedroom starter condos, and everything in between. Senneca has a vast network of contractors and trade partners who can assist in getting your house ready to go on the market for top dollar or help put the finishing touches together once you have closed on your new home. She prides herself on being available for her clients when they need her and quickly responding to needs as they arise, whether that be from her clients or others involved in the transaction process.
 
Having three kids actively involved in sports keeps Senneca and her husband busy in their free time, though their true passion is traveling as a family to destinations such as Australia and Bali. Along with Cody, their golden retriever, and two kitties, she and her family call Broomfield home and don't ever plan to leave!
